      Melissa has worked in the general management of SEC Inspections since the company was formed. Melissa’s key roles include\u00a0 XERO processing, PAYG, BAS and ATO liaison, all relevant financial management duties for SEC Inspections. Previously Employed as a Transport Manager assistant and Time slot allocator. Melissa excels in contract customer relations, liaising with key industry stake holders to ensure KPI and customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest priority.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Prior to her time in management, Melissa completed an apprenticeship in Hairdressing and worked for several years as a qualified hairdresser. The high interaction with a wide range of clientele only bolstered her ability to communicate, listen and understand customer requests and helped her achieve her high standards in customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n
